TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By making payment, you are accepting the terms & conditions and acknowledge the risk and hazards of travel, where injury, delay or unanticipated events may occur. You accept responsibility for your own welfare and waive any future claim against Cartology Travel Ltd for liability, to the maximum extent permitted by the law 

• A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to confirm your place​

• The balance payment is due by 31st Jan 2023

• Cancellation Policy:

  • The deposit is non-refundable 

  • Cancellations made between 1st Jan 2023 - 28th Feb 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellations made from the 1st Mar 2023 onwards will incur a 100% cancellation fee

• Comprehensive travel insurance is VERY STRONGLY recommended. It is best to take insurance at the same time as your deposit payment to ensure your coverage begins at that point. It should at a minimum cover:

  • Trip cancellation - ​most insurers provide a list of covered reasons for cancelling prior to departure. 

  • Trip interruption - similar to above, the insurers will have a list of reasons that are covered should your trip be interrupted during your travels

  • Medical coverage - health care in the US is very expensive, there medical & emergency cover is a very important aspect of the insurance
